Description
1950's - Tending the Corn is taken from 8 mm movie film taken by Willoughby Senior during his 30 year relationship with the Hopi and Navajo people. This is "The Old Weaver" from Smoke Upon the Winds tending to the corn. The Hopi invented dry farming out of the necessity to eat despite drought conditions. This work was processed by Senior's daughter, Lenore Senior.
