Description
Lately, I am continuing my "Alternate Reality" series by blending two photographs together that may not "belong" together. This one is obviously a picture within a picture effect. These latest images, however, do not go into my Alternate Reality gallery simply because those photos were created using an entirely different method to question the ideas of reality, unreality, deception, illusion, dream, fantasy, etc.

Wow.....this is a very creatrive and beautiful work.......liking specially the mesa mountian peeping out off the big red hole and the lines going from the outer picture through the inner picture......a instant fav and vote - Chris.

Simply genius! The larger outer photo suggests to me a microscopic scale, yet the inset 'smaller' photo a vast canyon. But that's not all, no no: the way the dominant red circle actually frames the side of the valley is shocking. The bold (still subtle) diagonal lines tying the two photos together is very effective, not to mention a great balance b/t hot green and hot reds. My reality has been altered!
