Description
August 16, 2012. I went a bit wild in the processing of this image. It's almost as if she's a cut-out doll. I wanted a somewhat surrealistic feeling because her shirt and the truck match in color, as if she's become part of the metal of city life. This is part of my Northern/Bessemer series.

I love the intense colors, her sense of movement with her arm in mid-swing, and the texture treatment that brings it all together. This woman really is wearing the city. Excellent. vf

What a great shot of one of your streets and the residents, Lenore. I'm too shy to ask for someone's photography. Love all your street scenes and wonderful colors. f/v

Fantastic! I love the color and how ultramodern this feels. And for me it is a wonderful statement on our understanding of contemporary space. It is like she is walking into a sandwich of space and with such purpose! We know she'll make it through!

one of the things I most admire about your work, Lenore, is that you are not afraid to 'push the envelope, to experiment, to keep seeking new ways of presenting your work..this is another example of your wonderful creativity...well done! f/v
